I"m trying to post pics of our new roof but I have'nt been able to do it.I will try again.

Polly has been home since the middle of November she is doing better, she is eating a whole better she is still having some issues when she walks any where that is not level. We had our roof replaced about the same time and it was finished before Thanksgiving. I will post pictures as soon as I can.

trying to catch up

I will try and catch my blog up to what has been going on since my last post.

I have been busy this, Polly went in a nursing home this week, she is really weak and not eating very good at all. She says that thee nursing home's food is better we will see! David and I put in our new washer will post pictures later! Daisy had her 5 month birthday and she weighs a whole 2.3 lbs.

Pictures of Daisy Mae

Here are some pictures of our new puppy we named Daisy Mae. We got her September 9. She has made life difference with a puppy in the house again. She only weighed 1.4 lbs when I had here at the vet's last monday. She is so little we have to be very careful about how we move around the house. She likes to climb, she climbed up in the camper and fell down, very scary!! I have spoiled a lot already.

Can't believe it's been more than a month !

I can't believe it has been over a month since I last posted! We went to the lake the first part of August,Polly has been in the hospital since August 13, 2008. We decided we wanted a puppy we had looked at min-pins but I have researched them and decided they may be to much for us, so we have looked at chihuahua's and have decided to get one in Greenville, but she is one medicine so we decided to wait and get her. Dj and Jenn and Bo were here this past weekend to visit with Nanny in the Hospital , Polly moved yesterday to a nursing home for a couple weeks until she gains some of her strenght back.

Back from lake!

We are back from the lake were we have been for about 10 days! We had a good time we got some down time that we really needed. I read while David was on the jet ski,we took the boat out a couple days their was not a lot of people on the water I guess due to gas prices! Melissa and Klevin came up for a couple days. David and I and Melissa will be going back the week of August 11 and will be up at the lake for the week. We will have Bo the week of August 18 Jenn is going to Alatanta for work that week. We are looking forward to having him.

Dj and Jenn and David went to a dinner for Wheelin Sportman's at Expo on Sat the 21st and Bo stayed with me, and then he stayed with David Melissa and I until Wednesday and David went to the lake on friday after David's dr. appt. just regular appt. I have pictures but I need to download them first I will add later!

We have been busy!

We have been really busy,we went to the lake on the 12th and stayed until the 16th. We were to have the tree cut down on the 17th but it rained alot on the weekend and the tree guy could bring his equipment in the yard. So later that afternoon they showed up and started to cut the limbs off! The tree guy told me that they would might be back on thursday but they did not come and David had taken the day off! So early friday morning they were back and the trees came down.

Things have been nuts

Melissa Nanny and I have been to the river to move furniture,we have put it in storage,we need to go and sort thru it all and get ready for a yard sale! David and I went to Newport News to pick up his new jet ski! We went to Captain George's seafood to eat the food was pretty good but it was better in va beach! After we picked up jet ski we went to Pro bass shop and then to Dj"s were we visited ,we went to Bo's T-ball game and Jenn and Dj had a picnic at a state park!

Can't believe it's been almost 2 weeks

I can't believe it's been two weeks since my last post,I have been busy with lots of paperwork and we have been moving things around for Polly in the apartment, we went to the lake for mother's Day's weekend,David took me to Roanoke that day we went to Gander Mountain and Sam's Club we stopped at Sonic's fpr strawberry drinks, we were going to stop at Home Depot but it was storming really bad so we back to lake since we had left Ginger and Ellie. We went later that evening to eat chinese food. I have had a really hard time with this being the first mother's day that mom's not here. DJ and Jenn and Bo sent me a gift card to Olive Garden that will be very nice since I have not tried it yet. Thanks to them. David will be going on his annual fishing trip this weekend! I know he is looking forward to being on the water,since we had not put the boat or jetski in!
